EnterpriseOne 9.00 - Unable to login to Jas server

[EONECNC]

Installed a new Websphere 6 application server. When tried to login with any user getting "Sign In Error: No environment assigned for User/Role". When checked with p0092, p98owsec, user role relationships, all users are defined correctly. Server manager displays only the warning "SecurityServer already exists, no override allowed". My Jas.ini and jdbj.ni are posted below
Can anyone guide me what could be problem

Do the roles that the users are tied to have valid 'J'environments assigned to them? Even if you have enviornments assigned at the user level the groups they are assigned to still need to have environments assigned to them. This is so the Jas server knows which roles to include in *ALL.

When tested with assigning environments at both user and role level, got the error "Invalid Environemt Override".
When tested users by assigning environments only at role level, got "SecurityServer already exists, no override allowed " error. Login screen displayed "Sign In Error: No environment assigned for User/Role" error

Probably a silly question but they do have a role that includes JDV900 don't they?
