With Quality Management the user can add Test results during Ship Confirmation. When adding test results for a lot controlled item, if the value entered does not meet Quality Test pass criteria, it Fails, the status of the lot will be changed based on the processing options for P3711, Lot Status, 1. Status for a Failed Lot = Q for instance, Quarantine. When the status changes an 'IZ' doc type record is appropriately written to F4111. However, the when the test result is Pass, and no status change occurs, an 'IZ' record still is being written to F4111. How can this be corrected? Thanks.
