Duplication of entries in F4111 - receipt from receipt routing

E1 9.1
Seeing intermittent duplicate or triplicate entries when stock items received through receipt routing. Not able to replicate the issue. Google chrome was used on the pc's to do the receiving.
 
Are ST/OT orders? Are you using shipping confirmation with in-transit for these orders?
