Documentation company

Hi List,

Is there anybody out there who have used any third party for the documentation like end user menuals and stuff ?

Without sounding like a commercial, Intelligo has been doing project and end-user documentation and training for JDE
for a decade. We have worked with many of the major JDE implementors, as well as JDE itself. We are the national
vendor of choice for documentation for IBM Global Services JDE National Practice.
I'll let others on the list tell you if we're any good or not. Or feel free to contact us.

JDE sells an add-on where you can customize their user manuals using Word. I think it was World templates, but don't quote me on that. I can't remember the name of the add-on. There should be some information on KG.

my last employer used a 3rd party company called intelligo out of Littleton
CO. They had templates that they used to create custom end user
documentation that could be put on CD and also linked into JDE if you want.
