We are having problems in Citrix with disappearing icons. Icons for a
published JDE app in Citrix disappeared for many users. Custom Icons were
not affected. We tried rebooting server, installing 6.31 Citrix Client, but
that did not solve the problem. There is a document CTX228356 on the Citrix
web site that deals with that kind of a problem. That document talks about
registry value NullSessionPipes and a key Citrix_NHWatch. We don't have the
Citrix_NHWatch key. The document states that it must be there.
Has anyone been in this situation before? Any suggestions? Thanks
