Difference between inventory transfer, inventory issue and transfer order

I`m little new in the JD and I`m facing this question, could you put forward your answer
'Difference between inventory transfer, inventory issue and transfer order'

I didnt understand why you put a vote button which is of no use here in the current post.

I am not functional but will try to answer your question since nobody responded.

Inventory transfer is transfer of inventory between the branch plants of business ie. where you track your inventory in accounting. same is for Inventory issue which can (also) be a cost center within a branch plant where you want to track the inventory. Tranfer order is transfer of inventory between two business units where you create purchase order and go thru all receipt process to get the inventory into your balance.
