Design Processing Option Error

We are running XE, AS/400 (ES), Windows NT (DS) service pack 16 software update 2.

We just updated our service pack to 16 and put software update 2 and when I go into to design a new Processing Option, I try and save it and I get a message " This Template is too large to be saved " Problem is, I only put one field on the PO just to test and it will not save.

Has anyone seen this issue before.

Hello,

We had this exact same error on SP 16 when going into design of a new Processing Option Template and trying to do a save. We called this into JD Edwards and, as it turns out, there is a problem with Windows NT on SP 16. The fix to this issue will be coming out on SP 16.1 and SP 17. The work-around that JDE gave us to this issue is to add a field (any dummy field) and then delete it. After doing this, you should be able to save the PO template without getting that error. This worked for us. I hope it works for you, too.
