Delete Records Question

Hi List,
I have been trying to find this answer with no luck. If I have a business view based on 3 tables and click the delete button which records in which tables will get deleted? I only want the first Parent

Should I do a suppress delete then use a table I/O to delete the record I want from the table I need to delete it from?
