DD Default Value Change Impact

Hi,

Does anyone know the impact for the change made on the "Dafault Value" tab of DD item.

Is this something that can be done with minimal impact or will result in going through the whole process of DD item change process and updates on various objects.

The impact would depend on the item and how it is used, and whether you have a test DD and prod DD, or a single DD.
If it's a single DD, then make the change out of hours so you can test in a test environment.

It will change the default value from that point onwards, old records will not be changed. If you need existing values to update as well, you will need to look at a SQL update or UBE, or some other method as suites you.
