Data Selection cannot be performed error?

I tried running R09811 . I can't do a data selection on either my fat client or Citrix , I get a pop-up window that appears after clicking on "Data Selection" and then submit, it says "Error, report has no primary section" and then "Data selection cannot be performed."

Any suggestions on where to start with this?

Are you able to run it locally? Do you have the spec on your machine?
