Custom Grids

When I create a custom grid the first line disappears and will only reappear if I choose all columns. We are in tools 9.1 does anyone have a fix?

I am not sure if this is your exact issue but a similar issue is caused by a known bug reported in Bug 21835348 - GRID LINES DISAPPEARING IF CUSTOMIZE GRID FORMAT IS ACCESSED WHILE ENTERING GRID.

Yes Oracle has a fix for this which you can download from their support site.
