Credit Management Module in A/R

Hi All,

We are trying to utilise the credit management system in AR but are running into a problem with the Statistic History Update report (R03B16). I have run the R03B525 which is the Credit Refresh report which has run OK and we can enquire on customers viewing balances ect. However, on running the Stats History Update, there is no data showing when enquiring on 'Account Statistic History'. The R03B16 runs and takes a long time to run giving the impression that it is creating a workfile but does not populate it. Im running it with no data selection.
Would appreciate any help on this one.

It looks your problem is mentionned in
Solution ID:200808705 in Peoplesoft Customer Connection. Please refer it.
 
Verify a User Profile has been established for the User ID of the person executing the
program. The User Profile can be set up on the System Administration Tools menu (GH9011) using the
User Profiles application (P0092). The address book number assigned to the user must also be
established in their User Profile.

Also verify that users identified as the Credit and Collection Managers (defined by User Defined
Codes 01/CR and 01/CM) have User Profiles established. The Address Book Number entered into the
Description 2 field of the UDC value must correspond to the Address Book number entered into the
Credit and Collection Manager's User Profile. Please refer to the Credit and Collections section
in the A/R guide for more information pertaining to defining Credit and Collection Managers.
 
The credit managers who phone the customers that are in arrears, requested to capture a comment why in arears, arrangements to pay outstanding amount and capture a promised date to remind the credit managers
 
Is there a function in Credit Collections where the call centre operator can capture a message and a promise date.
Example: Customer promised to pay 1k on 01 June
