Credit card software other than Go

Hello List,

Years ago when I was involved in a credit card processing project, the
"go-to" software was a product from Go Software. I think that they were a part of
an organization called ROI. I heard that they are now a part of First Data
Corporation.

Anyway, I think that at that time Go Software was designed especially for
the AS400, at least their "Rita" product was. Is Go Software still the "go-to"
company for E1 8.12 credit card processing, or does a rival product exist at
a comparable total cost of ownership?

The RiTA software is now known as "PAYware Transact" by a company called Verifone (previously known as 'GO Software, Inc'). I'm currently working on implementing this third-party software with Enterprise One (8.12) for a client's credit card processing requirements.
