Create New SR Button on Oracle Support

Is it just me or is anyone else missing their Create New SR button on Oracle's website? Are they trying to tell me something?
 
Well, I got a response from Oracle about why my button disappeard. They think our maintenance contract expired. We redid our contract in February in preparation for our upgrade, getting a new contract number, and somehow Oracle Support has no knowledge of this. So, here I am less than two weeks after go-live with no way to open a new call. I wonder how long this will take to straighten out. Sheesh.

Just wondering - could your sales rep expedite a resolution to your contract "expiration" problem? debi
 
Oracle support walked me through the process. I never knew this, but your maintenance contract I.D. is stored as part of your profile on Oracle Support. When our I.D. changed, my profile was still pointing at the old maintenance number. I'm kind of surprised it was MY responsibility to know this and update the number, but it's done now. Live and learn.
