Hello Friends,
I am facing a strange problem in Cost Simulation (R30812). For few of the items, material burden X1, the extra cost component added as 10% of A1 cost, is not calculed correctly. Simulated component A1 is correct but X1 is wrong. In fact the value is so rediculous that it is in billions. This happens only when I run the cost simulation with only Branch/Plant in data selection. Strangely, if I run the cost simulation only for these items in data selection, X1 cost is rolled up correctly.
I checked item setups, processing options etc and did not find any problem that can give similar results to the above. I have never previously faced any issue of this type. The only thing I suspect now is the no of records when we select the data as b/p. We have some 50000 records approx. of items with stock type M. I am on E1 8.11 base.
Has anyone faced similar problem? Is there any specifica thing I should look for in the setups and/or program etc?
