Convert Function

I am working on uploading media objects for the routing master (F3003), and need some help.

I know there is a function to Convert characters to hexadecimal. I have seen it in copies of other's code, but cannot find it in the system functions (or anywhere else).

Can anyone tell me where to find this function????
