CONFIGURATOR - Bogus Invalid Item Error Message

Greetings.

OWB733.2 Oracle.

We get a bogus hard error message(0267 -
ItemNumberInvalid) triggered after the CALC button is
clicked on the Configured Item Spec(P32942). The
detail show its trigerred from B4200311.C, line 5482.


Debugging P32942 shows the error happening in the CALC
button ER, right after the PUSH FC SHOWHOTSPOTS is
completed. However, the error is not in the FC
SHOWHOTSPOTS. It doesn't even call B4200311.C.


It's not an invalid item master, and debugging
configurator is confusing.

Any idea what could be causing the error?
Has anybody debugged configurator or mod configurator?
Need some insight on the internal working and design
of the module.

I don't know about B733.2, but this is one of a couple of bogus hard error
messages that is common in B732.2. It appears in B732.2 when a P-Rule table is
called which doesn't have segment values which match what has been configured.
The system lets you configure the item but the error message appears when you
are returned to the S.O. detail line.
