commas printed as SQUARES

I just completed the installation of JDE 9 on Windows 2008/SQL server 2008/8.98.32. When i run all reports, commans are printed as Squares([]). I also added flat conversion record using the application P983081(UTF8). When submitted locally from the fat client it works fine. can anyone tell me any changes are required ?

My guess is this is a character set issue, the printer driver that is creating the printout can't find the proper glyph. I'd make sure the server where the printout is begin generated has all your character sets loaded.
