Columnar Report and Level Break Total

I have created a Columnar Report, displaying several columns of my Business View. When I run the report it runs correctly in "Detail Mode".

Next, I attempted to create a "Summary Mode" version of this report. I added a Level Break Footer and Aggregated the Totals in my Amount Columns and hid my Columnar section, but when I run the report now, it runs in an endless loop.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Try one of the following:-
1. Set on the 'Print Totals Only' in the 'Totaling' option of the Report Properties.

If that does not work,

2. Add a 'Suppress Section Write' at the end of the 'Do Section' of your columnar section. So though the detail will not be printed, it will be added to the aggregrate totals.
