E9.2 Client package build issue from web

Hi,

Client update package build from web does not work, while server update package build is successful. Any idea?

We are on TR 9.2.6. We follow standard process to assemble, define build, and submit build from web. R9621S is launched and works fine. But R9622C reports "Build submitted", though its status shows D in WSJ. "JDE B9 Client Network" service is running on deployment server. We can stop or start it from Server Manager.

Is the security server turned on in the JDE.INI before starting the service on the deployment server?

Security server is not turned on. After it is turned on, client package build still does not work.
