Chile Localization - Professional Witholding Fee

Hello,

I'm doing the set up in JDE 8.12 for a Client in Chile and we are trying to do the set up to calculate the Professional Witholding Fee to some vendors.
Does anyone have any information or manual to configurate this witholding?
Also what I'm trying to do is to JDE validate the Expiration date you set up in the Regional Information (P76H101) in the Address Book.

If anyone has any kind of information regarding this topic it would be great.+
