Changing Business View

Jing_lex

I have an application that I changed the file layout by adding an additional key. I changed the business view to include this new key.

Now non of my programs that use this business view will work. I get a message that field not there.

I have added the business view to the form, I have deleted the table files on my pc, compiled the table and almost everyting including creating a new form just for this view but sill the same problem.

What do I need to do to get my application to see the new fields and work with the new file and business view?

Do not forget to attach your system configuration informations (at least OW version and SP level).

You did not mention which platform you are on. I have had a similar problem
on an AS/400. I was advised to delete the SQL packages in my JDE data
library. They hold stored SQL calls. When they are needed they are
recreated.

Good luck.
