JDE Developer.
JDE Developer - Team Lead
JDE Techno-Functional
etc...

That's impossible to say as it depends on so many things.

Are you staying in the same company?
Is the company settled in the positions above you?
Can they afford to move you up and not have a full time developer?
Are you moving to a new company?

You pick up the functional stuff as time goes on though, yes but your job title may never change Mine hasn't!
I'm an E1 developer of 22 years (lots of them contracting), my current job title is permanent as a JDE E1 Developer. Now I do way, way waaaaay more than just develop where I am at the moment, been here for 9 years. Most know I do more than develop, my title hasn't changed in 9 years lol

It's just a title. Almost irrelevant
