Can\'t separate World from One World - Can\'t Unsubscribe!

I subscribed to both the World and the One World mailing lists. I used
to separate World from One World, using the From. To look for something
in the body is not working, because everything that would make the World
messages unique, also exist in the One World messages! I have since
unsubscribed from One World to no avail. I still get the One World
messages, and when I try to unsubscribe again, it says I am not
subscribed. It's been more than a little frustrating. Any advice would
be appreciated.

All you have to do is to change your Outlook rule to point to the
"body
text" which includes the hyperlink to www.JDELIst.com ?? This works
fine
- all my JDEList email goes directly into a separate folder as it used
to.

Teri,

If you are on more than one mailing list, you can change your rule to search
the body for "JDEList World" for World and "JDEList One World" for One World
and "XE Developer" for Developers.

RE: Can\'t separate World from One World - Can\'t Unsubscribe!

I tried that - exactly. My mail (Groupwise) apparently looks for ANY of
the words, so the WORLD in One World gets caught in the World rules. I
can't seem to get it to look for the entire phrase. Tried putting it in
single quotes, to no avail - maybe I should try double quotes or
parenthesis. I tried to zero in on the Reply To or Created By - not a
valid selection criteria in Groupwise.

Thanks for the thought.
Teri

Set the rules up to look for One World first then World and part of each
rule should include an option to not process any other rules, if this is
possible with you mail application. That way when it finds One World it
will stop running the rest of your rules and not be picked up by the rule
looking for World. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I was able to get this straightened out.
I put double quotes around "JDEList One World" and "JDEList World" and
now it's separating them.
