Cannot load EnterpriseOne 8.12 Web

I am using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.12 DEMO
When I click JDEdwards Solution Explorer » Tools » EnterpriseOne Menu, I get the following errors

ERROR 1

When I pressed 'OK', a small pop window with title 'Starting Web Server' and a progress bar has came. After the this windows, I got the following errors

Could not start Web Server

Failed to Launch E1 Menu on HTML Engine

How can I fix the issue ?

I've never installed DEMO, but when I install my web fat client for development work, I will get those types of errors if I don't follow all the steps to install it correctly.
1) Make sure the JDK folder is created.
2) Make sure the web dev feature is installed.
3) Make sure the jdbc.ini is correct.
4) Make sure you have the correct sql driver (*.jar) files.
5) Make sure Visual Studio is installed properly.

After I follow my checklist above, I usually resolve any unusual errors.

Yes.
I have done the following

1. Installed 'j2sdk-1_4_2_13-windows-i586-p.exe' to C:\E812\system\JDK
2. Please let me know what did you mean by 'web dev feature'
3. How can I make sure jdbc.ini is correct ?
4. How can I make sure sql driver files are correct.
5. I installed Visual Studio 2003 Prerequisites and C++ compilers

To spice it up a little, I followed the attached document step-by-step.
