Call Object Kernals Not Releasing

We are currently running Oneworld XE on Win 2k / SQL server. We appear to have a problem whereby the Call Object Kernals are not releasing. The only way the we can release / reset these is by stoppong / starting the JDE services whic we are having to do every day. If we do not restart the services every day we quickly run out of memory and the entire system stops. Has anybody experienced this and if so is there anyway to resolve this issue.
