Calculate date in Future

I have a start date say 01/02/05 which has to be advanced by a number of months indicated by a number, e.g. 6. In this case the end date is calculated as 31/07/05. The dates can go over years and the start date can be any day in the current month. Has anyone come across a business function or similar which can calculate future dates this way?

Don't know if this is exactly what you are looking for but their are Date Function in the Expresion Manager that allow you to calculate dates that are x days or x months from a given date.
