Rpaz,

Are you talking about an XE workstation or is the OS of your deploment server XE?

Hi Robby...

I'm talking about a One World XE(B7333) Windows 2000 Server deployment
server.

xe and fat client don't work.... I had to go back to w2k.

It sounds as if your Visual C installation is not registering the variables correctly.

Did you upgrade the deployment server from NT to Win2K ? If so, that was a bad idea.

Whatever happens, I would perform the following to quickley get you past this:

move the B7333 directory from your deployment server onto another drive/box/area as a full backup.

Reformat your deployment server

Install Windows 2000 again - add all updates and security patches (including SP3)

Install Visual C++ 6 - add all updates and service packs

Install OneWorld again - install a base installation

Once all the above is complete - delete the B7333 directory that the standard install created, and copy back the B7333 directory you originally had

The above should take a few hours, but will guarantee a completely refreshed, clean deployment server. As long as you do not change the name of the server, then OneWorld won't know the difference.

Its good to know the above procedure anyway. Especially if you plan to upgrade any OS or Visual C code on the deployment server.

Hi Jon.... It´s a full new installed server :(
Windows 2000 Sp2
MS-SQL 7 Sp3 ( will try Sp4 next weekend)
MS-Visual C++ Sp3
One World XE Sp 19.1 U5

If I don't use the WaitForBusBuild parameter, everything goes ok. In fact I
think this is not a big problem but just wanted to know if anybody else is
having this issue.

Any way, thank´s for your comments
