BI Publisher Enterprise on JDE DB2/400 database

Hello all,
I know BI Publisher Enterprise is not supported on DB2/400 database and it's impossible to use RCU in order to create BI Publisher specific schemas, but is it possible to create manually RCU schemas on DB2/400 and manually configure the JDBC connect string.
If yes since I'm not an AS400 expert how can I create manually these schemas ?
Of no, is there another way to use BI Publisher Enterprise 11G on DB2/400 database ?
FYI we are on JDE 9.1 Update 2, TR 9.1.5.2
