N/A "Batch Time Entry Processor" is a report or process (R05116Z1I)?

Hi, I am new to JDE.
Is "Batch Time Entry Processor" is a report or process (R05116Z1I)? What I mean is, when we execute it , does it post or enter any number in the system? Or does it only create report to verify our data?
