Does anyone have a recommendation for what Authoring
Software to use to produce interactive training materials for end users? A
client of mine is looking for suggestions. Thanks!

Andy,

Check out Macro Media Director. I have been told it is very good. I have never used it myself.

Depends what you are looking for - do you want animation (i.e. mouse moves
and clicks, popups) and even narration?
If so, there are quite a few good ones, I prefer Lotus screencam, and
streamcam if it needs to be deployed across the web.
Otherwise, HTML and Flash do us just fine.
