Assign specific jobq by users profiles

Hi Team,
Would like to know if make possible to setup by user profile for all batch jobs. AS far as i know, i can be done via version list but it is too troublesome. We want to break to two groups of users into two seperate jobq and sub-systems.

Since you are iSeries, you are in luck. You can leave the queue blank in the JDE.INI, and then the user will run to the JOBQ associated with the default JOBQ of the Proxy user profile associated with the OneWOrld user profile.
SO, you create one proxy user for each JOBQ, copying from the JDE or PSFT profile, and set the default JOBQ of the new profile to the desired.
Then setup your user's EOne profile iSeries proxy user ID as desired.
