AR statistics

Is there anyone out there that has had problems with the OneWorld Accounts
Receivable Statistics?

I'm interested in talking with other OneWorld customers that either use
(with modifications) or don't use because of the inaccuracies, the OW A/R
statistics.

Please feel free to respond directly to my email address.

Thank you.

Lawrence,
In such cases like your issue is especially important to attach your system configuration information like:
* the release of OneWorld
* SP of OneWorld
* applied ESUs (mainly Preq-reqs)
* HW, OS, Data engine, etc.
Applications change from release to realease and change after applying an ESU which touch it or its relations.

Please, attach these information to your issue(s) making easier for the other to help you.
The best practice is to place your system configuration information in your signature of your user profile! (...see mine at the bottom)
Thanks,
Zoltán

Zoltán,

I would agree the system information is helpful so here it is:

Co-existent A.7.3 and B73.3.2 SP 11.1

Judging from the lack of response on the OW A/R statistics issue, I would
have to guess that it is either a subject that no one want's to talk about
or the A/R statistics are not used by JDE customers.

I'm looking for customers that would be willing to discuss code changes
related to the statistics calculations. I have found an error in the AVDL
(weighted average days late) calculation. I have made code changes to
correct this and it is now working correctly. I have submitted these
changes to JDE for review.

Is there anyone else on this list that have found errors in the A/R
statistic calculations?
