Applying Paper Fixes

Hi,

We have an urgent problem which looks as though it will require a paper
fix. We don't have a programmer here, so thought I might be able to do it
myself.

Could anyone tell me what is involved, and how difficult it is. Is there a
white paper or other documentation I could refer to.

Would appreciate any advice.

Regards,

Suzanne.

can you tell us the fix and what program - how many lines of code etc - cut
and paste to your email - this would help give an educated opinion - do you
have any programming background - do you know what SVR is or how to compile
a program and put it into the correct library - having no knowledge of this
could have adverse effects on any changes you do.....
