F983051 holds the date a UBEVERS was last run, is there such a way to do this in e1 with APPL forms and versions?

John, object tracking including applications is now a reality but you might need to have Tools 9.2.1.2 or above. Oracle document ID 2267215.1 would be a good start to see its capabilities.

If you cannot upgrade to tools 9.2 and configure usage tracking as Kim said, it depends of what you need exactly. If you want to check which applications are allowed, you have to collect data from menus, E1 pages and security. If you want to check which applications are really used, you can add script into webgui.js on all web servers. You will be able to collect user, apps, versions and forms. I have developed a commercial tool that collect this kind of data to manage security and licenses compliance based on that 3 functionalities.
