Hi List,

SOE (P4210) selects incorrect price adjustments on coexistence data, but if
the adjustments are captured from scratch, SOE (P4210) selects the newly
entered adjustments correctly. World is working fine looking at the same
data.

Is there a conversion that needs to take place on the existing data before
One World can see the data correctly?

Can anyone help?

Environment:

B7332 SP11.1, AS/400 Coexistent, OS400 V4R4 RISC, DB2/400

Regards
Tony B

We had a similar experience. World worked, but OneWorld did not.
We found that the address book category codes on the co-existence customer master F03012 had not been populated automatically from the F0101.
When the codes on F03012 were loaded, OneWorld worked too. After the initial load, the category codes are updated automatically in address book maintenance.

Thanks for the assistance. The Cat codes on F03012 were not carried across as you explained. However, after populating them with DFU (both the Sold To & Ship To addresses) and recapturing the order on OW, the adjustments are still not picking up correctly. I've analysed F4070, F4071, F4072,F4091, F4092, F4093 & F4094 and compared the new schedule & adjustments I captured in OW (P4210 picks these up correctly) to the existing schedule & adjustments from the World environment, but cannot find any significant differences.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Tony B
