Advance Prices B7332

Hello:

I´m using One Wold B7332 with Advance Prices, Anyone
knows Why when I make a Sales Order the process don't
execute and register in the right order the adjustment
program asigned to the customer and the item?

This is a critial issue for me, if anyone knows the
origen of my problem tell me what´s the mistake...
