Hi,

Do you know of any other adapter apart from XPI that can connect to JDE XE version 7.334? We are using XPI adapter to connect to JDE and get real time data to webMethods.

You can also use Oracle Fusion Middleware. We use both for our XE environment. For our 8.12 and 9.0 environments, we use Fusion Middleware exclusivly.

To clarify - we wrote and continue to support quite a few integrations using webmethods (XPI). All new integrations for XE, 8.12 and 9.0 are being written using Fusion Middleware. We will continue to use Webmethods for XE until either XE fades away or the need for the integrations fade away. Based on our current timeline for upgrades, it looks like webmethods will be around for at least the next four years or so.

(with the risk of sounding like a sales person)Information Builders' iway products connect to many systems, they are the adapter people. Many software companies utilize IBI adapters to connect to remote systems in their software such as IBM. We use their JD Edwards adapter that allows us to access our JD Edwards financial information from our BI solution.

Don't know if you'll find this useful but we love the product.
