Account Ledger Inquiry Slow

Hi All,

Hi Team,

We are facing slowness in account ledger inquiry screen P09200. After giving account number when i click find button it takes 20 second to load data in PD, while PY it takes 1 or 2 seconds.

Please find attached log for PY and PD.

2. Are the PD and PY databases equivalent in size?

3. What happens when the user applies a date range to the query (1 month)? Is it still slow?

Yes PD and PY is almost same in size and Users are giving date range and it is still slow.

Could be many factors involved. Perhaps load related? In PY, you are probably testing with a handful of users whereas PD you have lots more? What database are you using?

Database is SQL Server 2008 and Release is 9.1.
