Account Balances & Ledger Types

I am in the process of converting some historical account balance information. The problem I'm having is that I'm using a ledger type of "AA" (the only appropriate type for the client's data) yet the processor is displaying the following error: "Ledger type entered was 'AA','AZ', or 'CA'. Amounts can not be uploaded to these ledger types."

So far, I have not been able to find any documentation. Any assistance you can give WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

It sounds like you are trying to directly upload to the F0902 from the F0902Z1. Instead, load the F0911Z1 and run R090110Z that uploads to the F0911. Then, run R09801 to update the F0902.

Menu G0941, Ledger Type Master set up , rules for AA ledger do not allow
direct balance update.....
