Accessing Attachments for records

Does anyone know how to access attachments for records? We are trying to put
up a customer service site that interfaces with our CSMS module. The main
data in the call record is in the form of a text box. This is not in the
call table but we would like to show it on the site. Any suggestions?

Hi Ean,
We are already doing this for several of our customers. Our in-house web
development team wrote the site. Unfortunately we don't have a demo version
that you can access, but to give you an idea of what it can do, go to:
www.e-csms.com <http://www.e-csms.com> and click on the Help button.
