9.2 Standalone Error: Could not Start Web Server

I have installed 9.2 Standalone; however, I can not access the E1 menus. Web Server starts, but hangs, then I receive the following errors: Could not start web server. After I click OK, then I receive the Failed to Launch E1 Menu on HTML Engine error. Please help.
