I know that someone in AJ&K Consulting had researched this and this is what came of that; I don't think this is the complete list but covers a greater majority of it.
BUG 29806102 9.2.3.3 B34A1010 JDEFPRINTFCONVERT DOES NOT OUTPUT STRING LONGER THAN 1021 CHARS
BUG 27482322 - JUNK CHARACTER ¿ ADDED IN F00165 IN CHROME WHEN USING ENHANCED MOBJ - is fixed in 9.2.2.5 tools release and above. Apply this or a later tools release to get the fix for this issue.
BUG 29468275 The previous component versions were: EnterpriseOne Enterprise Server 9.2.3.3 X86 03-27-2019_03_26 and EnterpriseOne Deployment Server 9.2.3.3 X86 03-27-2019_04_08 The Tools Release 9.2.3.3 Deployment Server and Windows and Linux Enterprise Server 32-bit components as of May 13 have been updated with the fix for the issue described above.
BUG 29792036 In 9.2.3.3 and 9.2.3.4, the CafeOne feature is experiencing some issues:
BUG 28518906 - After upgrading to 9.2.3.1, 9.2.3.2 or 9.2.3.3 the enabling of debug logging on Enterprise server kernels stopped working. Workaround: Enable debug logging on specific kernels through Security Administration Workbench. This utility is on every fat client and the Deployment Server under the system/bin32 folder (ServerAdministrationWorkbench.exe). You can follow the instructions in the below document to define an Enterprise Server query to have each of the kernels listed. Fixed with Tools Release 9.2.3.4.
BUG 29390443 - Applying Changes in Server Manager Applying Changes to the Enterprise Server Default Group Fails with Error "Failure during invoke" With Tools Release 9.2.3.1, 9.2.3.2, or 9.2.3.3 Upgrade Server Manager to 9.2.3.4 or above to resolve the issue.
BUG 29468275 - After installing Tools Release 9.2.3.3, the 32-bit and building full client and server packages there may be objects in error on the R9621S and R9622C pdf's and warnings in the logs. This issue typically shows up with the following NER objects: N1500360 and N4803150.

BUG 29618010 - CALENDAR VISUAL ASSIST CLOSE IMMEDIATELY IN QBE GRID COLUMNS. When Calendar Visual Assist is clicked it shows up briefly but once the left click is released it closes immediately and disappears in Chrome browser. Fixed in Tools Release 9.2.3.4 or higher.
BUG 29636869 - PDF Viewer Media Object Attachments Does Not Work In Tools 9.2.3.3 for IE and Enhanced Media Object Viewer. This issue is fixed in Tools Release 9.2.3.4
BUG 29814651 - ER COMPARE USING COMPRESSED OBJECT ARCHIVE OPTION DOES NOT WORK ON TR 9.2.3.3 Abstract: users can no longer do ER Compare against compressed zip files. The Source location in the ER Compare tool always shows no event rules. fixed in tools release 9.2.4.0
BUG 29853376 IE11,FF,CHROME Copy Paste into grid column using Ctrl+C Ctrl+V behaves erratically in tools release 9.2.3.3. The first Copy Paste is always successful. BUG 30201706 - Form Extension For P4112 Inventory Using AN8 Not Working. On 9.2.3.3 tools release, when a user adds the F4111.AN8 to the Form Header in Form W4112A in P4112 (Inventory Issues), the following issues are encountered: 1. When adding a transaction, the F4111.AN8 is automatically filled with a NN from the Address Book NN series. 2. When entering a valid AB record into the field and save the transaction, the AN8 value is not being saved to the F4111 table. Bug 30201706 has been submitted to development for this issue.

BUG 30367189 - UBE PERFORMANCE ISSUE AFTER UPGRADE TO 9.2.3.3+ After upgrading the tools release to 9.2.3.3, 9.2.3.4 OR 9.2.3.5, Microsoft Windows (32-bit), Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit), IBM i on POWER SystemsUBEs take longer time to complete and are processing considerably slower as compared to previous tools release. Significant performance decrease may also be observed in business function processing (Call Object Kernels), especially large running business functions. Performance impact is more noticeable on platforms where Non-Unicode datasources are still in place. Non-Unicode datasources are known factors for slow running UBEs, and this issue manifests as a further decrease in performance of UBEs or business functions on such systems. is fixed in tools release version 9.2.4.0
BUG 30669315 - BUG: ORCH MONITOR IS SPINNING ON CERTAIN DATA. n Chrome Developer tools they are seeing the javascript failing with the error. "Unexpected token C in JSON at position 7". All data displays correctly in Chart form but some orchestration data is not being displayed when selecting List form. Seems to happen on 1 or 2 orchestrations and not others. Cause due to code bug where large step traces exceeding 2000 char are being truncated when saved to F980060. This creates a string that is not valid json, The Exception Monitor is attempting to parse the json and is failing causing the app to fail. The fix is now included in UDO_9.2_10430 available for download from the Update Center. After applying the latest UDO for P980060X, clear the HTML jdbj cache and browser cache.
OCI: On-Premise Migration fails with Load Configuration Objects Error. Migration Utility is failing to export table information to XML files when it is running from Change Assistant. The step of the failure is Load configuration Objects. The issue has been tied up with a bug from OMW side and it is related to the way OMW resolves pathcodes and data sources. The code bug has been fixed in 9.2.3.4 Tools Release.

BUG 29792036 In 9.2.3.3 and 9.2.3.4, the CafeOne feature is experiencing some issues:
- When hiding or minimizing multiple embedded/child forms and then expanding/revealing the child forms, some of the content for the embedded forms is blank and does not function.
- When first opening an application with a CafeOne dynamic layout and selecting the first row on the parent grid, the embedded forms do not respond by design for dynamically mapped links. Selecting a row further down in the parent grid, restores functionality.
- When a layout includes multiple embedded forms, often the bottom most forms do not display the bottom horizontal scroll bar.
- BUG 29792036 is Fixed in 9.2.3.5.
