8.11 Demo Jr and creating new cases?

I have just installed 8.11 demo jr, and am Service Management. I am getting an error when trying to save a new Case. It reads: Web Client Exception, an exception has been caught by the web client, please contact your system adm,

Whe I ckeck the debug log, the return values not zero don't mean much to me?

Anyone seen this before?

This may be an error that can not be displayed because the text server is
not mapped. It sounds like there is an error should be displayed but it
can't...

Are you sure that all the fields etc are filled in correctly in the Case
Entry Screen

There are no obvious "red" or missing fields that I can see in any of the Case screens. I will try again.
