4605023/4605031 Pre-Req ESUs

Has anyone running B7332 SP11.1 NT SQL or NT Oracle installed the new pre-req ESUs?

How did it go? Did you already have a bunch of mods?

Hi Allen,

We haven't installed but here is some (maybe) useful/intersting information related to ESUs.

J.D. Edwards have create many new enhancements for the ESU process and Package Build for OneWorld Xe.
Because of the positive feedback that these enhancements have generated, they are rolling back several of these enhancements to B73.3.2!

These enhancements reduce the amount of work and make easier to retrofit custom enhancement, make easier Package definitions, etc.

I have read eralier on the List that these enhancements are realy great.

By my information these enhancements will be delivered both as a downloadable ASU and as a CD that you can order. Targeted delivery date is late November 2000.

Please, visit the Knowledge Garden for further informations and announcements.

We are waiting for this ASU to install ESUs in the future under B7332.

Nobody can do that, because this Pre-Req ESU's will be released them on
november 16th.

I got OW B7332 with Oracle 8.1.6, once this ESU be released I will install
them.

They are already available on Knowledge Garden.

I'm triyng install the SAR's. Only a problem adding some Items to DD
(Table Handle). ¿Somebody has solved this issue?.

A client of mine is in the middle of implementing the financial prereq ESU.

We have had one problem. I attempted to put retrofits on P03B102 and the
event rules would not save. It seems the business view needed to be
regenerated and the ER's touched to eliminate the errors.

I'll keep the group informed of any additional issues.
