Y2005 problem

This is a question from one of my users:
In G/L - the account ledger inquiry defaults to a date of 2005. This causes
an error message until the date is changed because that year is not set up.
Could it default instead to Feb 1 2001? That is the date we will most often
use next year.

Anyone have a clue on this 2005 default?

AS400 V4R4, B733.2, SP11.3, NT-SQL7 for CO

Check the default processing options for the account ledger inquiry. Once
you change these you should be fine.

I may not understand the questions entirely but in the
processing options behind P09200 you can define the
from and thru dates or behind P09202P1 you can define
the year. Both of these are ledger inquiry programs.

Looks like you have some JDE Demo Data still in there. You should be able to go into the processing options and change the default dates. It looks like we have set our to not default any date in.

Hope this helps
