Viewing and Posting Batches (P0011)

In P0011 we would like a user to be able to view all Batch Types but only be
able to approve and post Batch Type 'K'. It is fairly easy to restrict a
user to viewing, approving and posting only one batch type but we have not
been able to configure the system so users can view all batch types but only
approve and post to one atch type.
