I found out a while ago that you can use *TODAY in the data selection on a
Dreamwriter (and *TODAY -1 = yesterday etc), but you may not be aware that
you can also use it on a processing option.
If you have a processing option that is a date field and you always want it
to be set to yesterday's date (for example), you can enter "*TODAY-1" as the
processing option value and the correct date will be passed into your CL/RPG
program.
I was really dubious that this would work, but tried it and was pleasantly
surprised.
