Actually i want to know from where i will get the book's or some good stuff links or Tips & Tricks or Interview Questions for CNC [8.11 or any verson],I know there are many pdf's of CNC,apart from that does anyone have some stuff as I mentioned above.
Please suggest.

Are you looking to prepare yourself for an interview or are you looking to prepare to lead an interview?

If the latter, something I've learned in the last couple years is behavioral-based interviews will get you the most information. I have very little experience in it, but from what I've seen, it's the right way to go.

If the former, just be honest about your skills and experience. Sell yourself, not what you've memorized.
