Strange Hide Level Break Header Info when custom page break is called issue

Hello all,

This is a first for me - looks like.

I am not able to hide the Level Break Header info from showing when I force a custom page break in the End Section of the report.

fyi - LBH has Page Break turned on . I tried using Suppress Section Write, Hide Section and or Hide object also on the LBH if the values were blank yet its printing and showing blank values on the LBH info when a custom page break is called.

How do I get rid of this keeping the LBH page break as is and not customizing the LBH page breaks?

Has anyone seen this behavior. I thought this would be a piece of cake - apparently it is NOT for me as yet.

Thoughts anyone?

ok I think I found my answer - on Oracle website

I had Reprint on Page Break turned on --- the below helped (I put my hide logic on the Last Object is printed event - and it works like magic - phew!)

The event Do Section is not processed when the section is reprinted on a page break, it is processed only when a level break has occurred.

To process changes to report variables during a reprint, use the events below :
•Do Variable, Do Constant ◦The event is processed when the section is invoked on a level break and on subsequent reprint.

•After Last Object Printed ◦The event is processed when the section is invoked on a level break and on subsequent reprint. But the changes to the report variables are displayed on the next time the section is invoked on reprint
